8+ years experience in computer systems related support
Demonstrates advanced, professional-level expertise across a broad range of IT, software, and hardware systems, including end‑to‑end implementation and operational support of enterprise applications, phone systems, end‑user devices (computers, printers, assets), and cloud‑based technologies
Hands-on technical experience
Ability to run a small team
Experience in Infrastructure, security, server, database
Experience working with outside vendors/partners
Transportation for limited local travel
