Assist with cybersecurity controls, network segmentation, and system hardening initiatives
Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, and audit readiness materials
Support vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessments
Collaborate with IT, OT, engineering, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Must have hands-on experience supporting NERC CIP compliance
5+ years of combined IT/OT, cybersecurity, or compliance experience in regulated environments
Familiarity with IT/OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443)
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
