Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Activities and Pool teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Plan, schedule, promote, and execute resort activities and special events
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all recreational areas
Respond to guest needs, handle service recovery, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Train, schedule, and manage staff performance and development
Coordinate with all departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction
Review guest feedback and continuously improve programming and service delivery

Required

3–5 years of hospitality management experience (resort or timeshare experience preferred)
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong guest service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard business systems
High School Diploma or GED required
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

resort or timeshare experience preferred
