Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of career and technical education goals for the Division of Adult and Postsecondary Education
Analyze existing research to support quality career and technical education practices
Conduct compliance reviews of nurse aide training programs and review and approve new training programs and curriculum
Support the achievement of technical standards within CTE, including industry established standards, performance measures, and Pennsylvania academic standards
Participate in the bureau’s annual Integrated Learning Conference and Strategies conference
Qualification
Required
Four years of professional experience in the field of career and technical education, including one year of experience in the development and implementation of career and technical education curricula or programs; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
You must be able to perform essential job functions
