Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations, including AP, payroll, purchasing, and contribution reporting
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
Lead the annual budgeting process and support financial reporting to leadership and committees
Ensure compliance with payroll, tax filings (W-2s, 1099s), ACA, and benefits administration
Supervise and develop finance team members
Partner with external accounting firms for annual financial reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another related field required
5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting leadership
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and internal controls
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Active commitment to a Christian lifestyle and CLC church involvement
Preferred
MBA or CPA preferred
