Responsibilities

Set and execute territory strategies aligned with company goals, using data-driven insights to drive growth and operational excellence

Manage daily Leak and Repair operations, budgets, P&L, and KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability

Build strong relationships with partners and customers, championing exceptional service and market presence

Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing Leak and Repair teams, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth aligned with RED RHINO values

Required

Proven leadership experience with 4-7 years in management or progressive leadership roles, ideally in service, construction, or field operations

Strong communicator with a service mindset, adept at resolving customer concerns and fostering long-term relationships

Financially and operationally savvy, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience

Strategic problem-solver with sound judgment, capable of implementing quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives

Experienced in talent development, mentoring, and building high-trust, high-performing teams

Servant-leader who champions culture, inclusion, and employee engagement across the organization
