Responsibilities
Provide operational and project support for Oracle EBS (R12), Hyperion Planning & HFM , and reporting systems
Oversee daily production support, including tickets, SLAs, escalations, and issue resolution
Coordinate work assignments for a global team of analysts and developers (no direct HR management)
Partner with third-party vendors and support system transition activities
Drive process improvements and automation across finance systems
Support testing and test automation , including script reviews and tool deployment
Build and explain Power BI reports and dashboards
Ensure data accuracy, audit trails, and SOX compliance
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of experience with finance systems such as: Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning & HFM, Reporting tools (Orbit experience strongly preferred)
Experience leading or supervising work (task management, coordination, oversight)
Strong experience in production support and incident management (Sev 1 / Sev 2)
Experience working with global teams and vendors
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
OneStream experience
Experience in global or offshore delivery environments
Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement exposure
