Responsibilities

Lead and scale Yelp s FP A function to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with the CFO on earnings preparation and Board updates
Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating financial insights into growth strategies
Own company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
Represent FP A in weekly operations and lead annual planning efforts
Develop and refine short- and long-range financial plans supporting growth
Enable agile decision-making through scenario planning and investment modeling

Required

15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Experience in a public company setting, preferably in high-growth tech environments
Proven partnership experience with organizations exceeding $1B in revenue and 5,000+ employees
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in financial modeling
Ability to clearly communicate complex financial insights to all organizational levels, including the Board
Empathetic and impact-oriented leadership style with a focus on operational rigor
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
