Responsibilities
Assessing market risk‑taking behavior through detailed portfolio and transaction analysis
Calibrating risk limits and conducting proactive stress testing around major market events
Analyzing emerging market developments and challenging risk activities where needed
Ensuring critical issues reach senior management quickly and clearly
Driving enhancements to risk measures and overseeing adherence to established limits
Supporting new product approvals while working closely with traders and business leaders
Qualification
Required
Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree, equivalent or above in Finance, Economics or a related quantitative/analytical discipline preferred
Understanding of financial products (including derivatives/greeks) is required
Ability to collaborate with people from different departments and levels of seniority
Ability to communicate complex information directly with senior management
5+ years' experience in the industry/a relevant role
Preferred
Fluency in SQL and Python would be a plus
