They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support logistics, finance coordination, marketing events, and sales support, working closely with teams in the US and EU.

Responsibilities
Process and validate customer POs and invoices
Coordinate shipments between Austria and the US
Manage customer deliveries, stock, and inventory
Issue invoices in Stripe and track payments
Support trade shows, demos, and marketing logistics
Track and reorder marketing materials and demo units
Support inbound leads and assist the sales team
Qualification
Required
Experience in admin, logistics, operations, or sales support
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
