Lead all on-site construction operations and project schedules
Manage subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control
Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers
Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed reports
Ensure OSHA standards and safety practices are followed daily
Qualification
Required
3+ years of supervisory experience with a GC or CM firm
Proven success managing Walmart remodel or similar retail projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Procore experience a plus)
OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel frequently
