Responsibilities

Identify and engage qualified candidates through strategic sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and talent communities)
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill and high-impact roles
Conduct preliminary conversations to assess alignment with role requirements, compensation expectations, and candidate interest
Act as a brand ambassador in the market, ensuring consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experiences at the earliest touchpoints
Conduct ongoing research on labor markets, competitor hiring trends, and candidate availability to inform sourcing strategies
Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects the PrincePerelson brand and establish long-term candidate relationships
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Support recruiters with administrative tasks and communication follow-ups

Required

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, using strong organizational systems and thoughtful time management to ensure consistency, follow-through, and a positive customer experience
Communicates clearly and confidently in both written and verbal interactions, with the ability to tailor messaging to candidates and internal partners while maintaining professionalism, credibility, and consistency
Able to shift strategies and focus quickly based on changing business needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate sourcing (in-house or agency)
Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job boards, and alternative sourcing methods to identify talent
