Responsibilities
Design and implement developmentally appropriate literacy and STEAM programs for children and teens (entering grades 1–9)
Deliver programs at the library, outdoor camp locations, and schools
Coordinate and manage a dynamic schedule of enrichment activities, making real-time adjustments as needed
Serve as the primary liaison for enrichment partners and collaborators
Collect, track, and report program data accurately and in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree required)
Experience working with children and/or teens in settings such as libraries, camps, classrooms, or after-school programs
Valid Connecticut driver's license
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish
