Responsibilities
Participate in resolving and handling resident maintenance questions, concerns and complaints
Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email. All requests are to be entered in a timely fashion. Phone messages and email will be checked consistently
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining importance of request for service technicians, or vendors
Demonstrate strong organizational skills
Must have reliable transportation
Qualification
Required
