Accounting
Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations for private equity funds, including financial reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for private equity investments
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants
Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the private equity industry
Strong knowledge of private equity accounting principles and practices
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the private equity sector
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
