Responsibilities

Develop and enforce procurement contract policies and templates in collaboration with Legal and Finance
Lead business term negotiations for strategic contracts ensuring optimal outcomes
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into enforceable contract language
Establish as the frontline of contracts and information security for stakeholder inquiries
Collaborate with legal to create criteria for contracts executable without Legal engagement
Maintain documentation for SOX/internal audit processes
Support KPIs related to contract cycle time and compliance rates and present performance reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
10+ years in procurement/contract management
Proven track record closing complex, multi-year deals with global Tier-1 suppliers
Deep experience embedding information security and data privacy terms into commercial agreements
Prior in-house collaboration with General Counsel and CISO offices
Master negotiator comfortable at the executive table
Proficiency with CLM platforms (Ironclad) and procurement platforms (Zip)
