Responsibilities
Supports all aspects of the learning management system as a business administrator of the database
This includes creation of Instructor-led and eLearning courses, curriculum, surveys, publishing content, managing learning assignments, recording learning, management of instructor/user profiles and contributing to ongoing system improvements
Provides primary support for user issues
Troubleshoots issues and provides resolutions, partner with IT when necessary for technical issues
Compiles training reports and may combine with other data sources leveraging excel
Provides LMS training to instructors and end-users based on their role assignment
Contributes to ongoing system improvements by identifying enhancements, writing requirements, and performing user acceptance testing
Provides support for compliance with various regulations including but not limited to 49 CFR 243- Training, Qualification, and Oversight for Safety-related Railroad Employees
May assist in various technical projects, processes, or systems administration to support training compliance
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience with SAP Success Factors Learning Module in a business administrator capacity
Highly technology-literate and can quickly learn new applications, software, and tools
Strong analytical skills. Ability to conduct problem recognition, research solutions and follow-up steps
Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate through all mediums professionally and efficiently (i.e. phone, e-mail, face-to-face, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of advanced functions in Excel (i.e., formulas and pivot tables) and SharePoint
