Marketing Account Manager

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Contractor to support and scale an existing ABM program during a critical growth period. This hands-on role focuses on executing ABM campaigns, partnering with Sales to drive engagement and pipeline across target accounts.

Responsibilities

Own and execute ABM campaigns across a portfolio of high-value target accounts using a mix of 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many approaches
Partner closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives to align on account selection, tiering, priorities, and engagement plans
Develop personalized campaign strategies and assets across email, paid media, content, webinars, events, and direct mail
Translate sales priorities and account insights into actionable marketing plays and programs
Build and maintain account plans, buying-committee maps, and persona-based messaging frameworks
Manage and optimize ABM platforms and marketing automation workflows (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Marketo, HubSpot)
Track and report on account engagement, campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on messaging, channels, and plays to improve performance
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure campaign execution and data integrity

Required

3–5+ years of hands-on Account-Based Marketing experience in a B2B environment
Demonstrated experience building and executing ABM campaigns tied to sales priorities and revenue outcomes
Strong track record of partnering with Sales and building trusted relationships with Account Executives
Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment
Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-oriented
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams
Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or complex sales environments
Experience scaling an early or mid-stage ABM program
Comfortable working across multiple regions or verticals
