Responsibilities
Support and develop projects through every phase—from the first conceptual sketch to the final construction punch list
Produce clean Construction Documents, coordinate with Structural/MEP consultants, and maintain design intent without losing sight of the budget
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of post-graduate experience
B.Arch or M.Arch
Hands-on construction experience
Proficient in ArchiCAD
Comfortable with AutoCAD
Ability to produce clean Construction Documents
Ability to coordinate with Structural/MEP consultants
Ability to maintain design intent without losing sight of the budget
Strong visual storytelling skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas through clear, elegant graphics
