Responsibilities
Complete all required NMLS and state specific licensing coursework, testing, and registration steps
Participate in structured sales, product, systems, and call center training to prepare for transition into a licensed Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Originator role
Demonstrate consistent progress toward meeting all licensing and training milestones
Learn to manage high volume inbound and outbound consumer calls in a call center environment
Practice identifying customer needs, gathering preliminary information, and preparing for future responsibilities as a licensed loan originator
Support branch sales activities and call center operations as directed by management
Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures as part of the training process
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
