Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years corporate business experience
Minimum 3 years of non-profit Executive Director/Sr. Leadership experience
Excellent understanding of finance related performance standards
Proven ability to network and fundraise
Highly focused and mission driven
Excellent written and verbal and presentation skills
Personal initiative, proactive and can work independently
Exceptionally strong organizational, administrative, negotiating, and analytical skills; personal aptitude for learning
Critical thinker, ability to manage time and multiple projects proactively and efficiently; ability to be self-directed with strong interpersonal skills
Required -strong working knowledge of Office 365 tools; Donor Based (CRM) tools, budgeting and P and L management tools
Hands on, working leader
