Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex, commercial, products liability, and class action matters
Prepare for, take, and defend depositions across state and federal matters
Manage document production and oversee case strategy and timelines
Argue discovery and other motions in California courts
Collaborate with a seasoned team of trial lawyers experienced in jury trials and multi-jurisdiction litigation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability
Strong written and oral advocacy skills with excellent communication abilities
Experience with products liability defense and Song-Beverly Act matters
Prior experience in mid-size or large law firms; strong academic credentials
Active admission and good standing with the California Bar
