Responsibilities
Handle daily financial accounting tasks, including preparing, organizing, and archiving accounting vouchers to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records
Manage fixed asset ledgers and calculate depreciation in strict accordance with policies and regulations
Assist in creating financial budgets and review expenses to ensure cost-effective operations
Oversee the accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, producing monthly inventory reports and reconciling with warehouse data
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
Generate periodic cost analysis reports and conduct loss and profit assessments to ensure accurate and actionable insights for decision-making
Manage tax filings and related documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Accurately calculate tax liabilities and submit timely payments while offering tax planning recommendations
Participate in inventory counts, review raw material procurement processes, and enhance inventory oversight
Support external audits and regulatory inspections to ensure financial transparency
Provide financial reports and analyses as needed
Review and verify the accuracy of internal and external financial data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Familiarity with U.S. federal, state tax laws, and accounting principles
Prior experience in manufacturing accounting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and teamwork capabilities
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
