Responsibilities

Drive revenue strategy and execution for AI products, owning pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion across enterprise and commercial segments
Build, coach, and develop a team of AI Sales Specialists who partner with account teams to deliver outcome-based AI solutions
Develop go-to-market plans, sales enablement, and customer engagement models that scale AI monetization globally
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align roadmap priorities, customer feedback, and adoption programs
Lead executive-level customer engagements and track performance metrics to refine strategy and improve team effectiveness

Required

Demonstrate 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales leadership, or AI solution management
Drive revenue growth through direct and overlay sales motions in SaaS or AI product environments
Apply deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI to enterprise workflows
Translate product capabilities into scalable go-to-market strategies and repeatable sales plays
Partner effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and growth
Engage C-level stakeholders and inspire internal teams through executive presence and communication skills
Lead AI or advanced technology sales teams in enterprise environments
Navigate enterprise workflow platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Jira
