US IT Recruiter
Crescens Inc. is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter based in the Philippines to support end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various technologies while working in the US time zone.
Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer closures
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and timelines
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Qualification
Required
Freshers with strong interest in US IT Recruitment are welcome to apply
0–5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (training will be provided for freshers)
Basic understanding of US IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, PM, etc.)
Willingness to learn US recruitment process, tax terms, and work authorizations
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in US time zones (night shift)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
Preferred
Experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.)
Prior experience recruiting for staffing/consulting firms
Strong client-handling skills
