Responsibilities
Direct agency leadership towards strategic and financial goals as specified in the business plan
Define and align overall strategic direction for growth within budget
Guide departmental efforts through collaboration with functional leadership
Develop a culture supporting individual and organizational growth
Identify and foster new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
Cultivate strong relationships with senior client contacts based on strategic value
Direct and deliver engaging content for client presentations and pitches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in healthcare communications, ideally 7+ in related roles
Strong integrity, honesty, and empathy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on mentorship
