Advise CMO and clinic leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
Translate business goals into effective people strategies for clinic performance
Lead workforce planning to align staffing with clinical demands
Manage complex employee relations issues in various jurisdictions
Support performance management aligned with clinical outcomes and organizational goals
Facilitate leadership development, enhancing manager effectiveness
Drive cultural initiatives in line with company's mission

Qualification

Required

5-7 years of HR leadership experience in health-tech or related industries
Expertise in employment laws across USA, Canada, Australia, UK
Strong partnership history with executive leadership, especially in clinical settings
Proven ability to balance strategic planning with tactical HR execution
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
