Responsibilities
Lead commissioning, qualification, and startup activities for clean and black utility systems
Provide technical oversight for WFI, PW, Clean Steam, HVAC, compressed air, nitrogen, boilers, chillers, and related systems
Review and approve URS, FRS, design documents, risk assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and final reports
Support vendor coordination, FAT/SAT execution, and system turnover
Lead deviation investigations, RCA, CAPA, and change control activities
Support audits and inspections as Utilities SME
Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, QA, Automation, and Manufacturing teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8+ years of GMP pharma/biotech experience supporting clean and black utilities
Strong hands-on experience with WFI, PW, Clean Steam, HVAC, boilers, chillers
