Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise supply chain solutions, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Lead requirements discovery with client product managers and business stakeholders; facilitate and participate in business and technical workshops
Challenge existing processes and requirements, proposing alternative business workflows and solution designs where appropriate
Architect and oversee deployments leveraging Blue Yonder Order Management and Inventory Visibility solutions
Define and document deployment processes aligned to the selected hosting model (SaaS, Cloud, or On-Premise)
Develop enterprise-scale solution architectures with deep understanding of order management, inventory management, and distributed systems in complex ecosystems
Guide integration design across systems commonly connected to OMS/WMS platforms, such as PIM, Financials, Payments, Tax, POS, and Fulfillment systems, ensuring best practices and cost-effective solutions
Translate business requirements into solution architecture roadmaps and detailed technical designs for implementation teams
Review and audit implemented solutions to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards
Leverage experience with Java, microservices architectures, scripting languages, build and automation tools, and unit testing frameworks to validate technical implementations
Apply knowledge of cloud technologies to support modern, scalable enterprise solutions
Use strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills to align stakeholders and drive consensus on complex solution decisions
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing clear documentation, decision rationales, and guidance to minimize rework and ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional experience in enterprise technology solutions, with a strong focus on OMS and supply chain platforms
Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder OMS and Inventory Visibility solutions
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, integrated enterprise systems
Strong background in systems architecture, integrations, and cloud-based solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations in the U.S. and Mexico
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Foreign degree equivalents are accepted
