Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
Experience in Project Management and delivering projects on time and within budget
Skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural design
Strong communication skills for client interactions
Ability to work on-site in Greater Philadelphia
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Familiarity with Revit and other architectural design software
Preferred
Experience in custom homebuilding is a plus
