People Consultant Lead
Ladders is seeking a People Consultant Lead to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally and taking ownership of priorities.

Responsibilities
Coach and advise people managers on team dynamics and HR best practices
Provide expert guidance for operational excellence and regulatory adherence
Leverage data insights to enhance team effectiveness and retention
Develop strategies throughout the employee life cycle to improve employee experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to support business strategies and performance
Partner with People team COE to enhance support for people managers
Support change management initiatives and resolve escalations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
7+ years of progressive HR experience or equivalent education and relevant professional experience
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and HR business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build relationships
Experience with talent management, organizational development, and change management strategies
