Responsibilities
Assist in building defenses for negligence and tort matters from investigation to resolution
Prepare motions, discovery, and briefs for summary judgments in demanding jurisdictions
Participate in depositions and witness prep for multimillion-exposure cases
Support mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations toward favorable settlements
Gain trial exposure as part of teams handling jury and bench proceedings in liability defenses
Qualification
Required
Junior Insurance Defense Associate
Experience in negligence and tort matters
Ability to prepare motions, discovery, and briefs for summary judgments
Participation in depositions and witness preparation
Support in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
Trial exposure in jury and bench proceedings
