Inside Technical Sales Representative
EverPeak Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturer seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Technical Sales Representative. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams, supporting sales growth through technical expertise, order management, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Maintain client relationships and accurate CRM data
Partner with distributors to support customer relationships, presentations, and delivery coordination
Review and enter orders in the ERP system
Prepare sales and forecasting reports to support pricing, commissions, and distributor programs
Monitor sales trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities for the business
Qualification
Required
2- or 4-year degree in a related field
5+ years of OEM and/or technical sales experience
Ability to analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, drawings, and related documentation
Strong data analysis and writing skills
Outstanding customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Solid mathematical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
