Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end purchasing lifecycle: create and maintain purchase orders, track shipments, confirm deliveries, and reconcile PO records in the ERP system
Manage supplier relationships: onboard vendors, negotiate pricing and payment terms, monitor supplier performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues
Coordinate inventory and demand signals: partner with planning and operations to maintain optimal inventory levels, manage lead times, and support replenishment decisions
Ensure compliance and controls: maintain procurement policy adherence, support audits, and ensure accurate contract and documentation management
Drive cost optimization: perform spend analysis, identify opportunities for savings or consolidation, and support RFx and contract renewal processes
Collaborate cross-functionally: work with finance, operations, product, and logistics teams to align purchasing activities to business priorities and financial targets
Qualification
Required
Proven procurement or purchasing experience within an ERP-driven environment
Experience with ERP procurement modules and P2P workflows
Strong vendor management and purchase order management capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for spend analysis and reporting
Comfort with remote collaboration across US time zones
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent procurement certification
Experience with eProcurement catalog management and supplier portals
Process-improvement background (Lean / Six Sigma or similar)
