Account Coordinator
Leddy Group is a regional staffing company serving northern New England since 1994, and they are seeking an Account Coordinator for their rapidly growing team. The role involves managing requests for quotes, tracking orders, and providing customer support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Receive RFQs and route to sales team members
Track status of quotes and communicate deadlines with sales team
Provide order status and shipping updates to customers, and help address their inquiries
Enter purchase orders
Prepare and coordinate documentation
Schedule callings, meetings, and facility tours
Maintain accurate records
Perform additional support tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or CRM experience a plus
Comfort working with technical documents such as drawings and specifications
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, customer service, or administrative support preferred but not required
Interest in optics, photonics, aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing a plus
