Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining current site models for the Epic campus
Supporting the facilities team for operational troubleshooting
Completing documentation updates
Supporting the design and construction team in identifying existing conditions and coordination of changes
Building information-rich site 3D models
Qualification
Required
Technical understanding of commercial construction projects, including print reading, typical building/site coordination, and civil engineering
Civil/Construction or software specific industry experience
Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other GIS software
Familiarity with ESRI GIS application suite
Knowledge of programming and scripting languages for data automation
Associate's degree or relevant experience
A history of academic and professional success
Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin (relocation assistance available)
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
