Responsibilities
Lead a team of FP A professionals in business decision support and financial planning processes
Manage fiscal year planning, work plans, schedules, and executive presentations
Partner with leadership to oversee budget and long-range planning processes
Conduct month-end and year-end financial analysis and present insights to leadership
Develop pricing strategies and analyze the financial impact on products and services
Oversee investment decisions with robust business cases and financial estimates
Implement management reporting frameworks, scorecards, and KPIs for strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar field
10+ years of finance experience
3+ years in a management role
Strong knowledge of financial management principles
Strong knowledge of budgeting
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis
Expertise in financial planning tools
Expertise in enterprise-wide financial systems implementation
Advanced proficiency in EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion Planning)
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
