Responsibilities
Implement company quality standards across international regions
Support and guide regional QC teams to ensure consistent inspections and compliance
Work with overseas offices and factories to resolve quality issues and improve product quality
Review inspection reports and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Visit factories to assess production, evaluate risks, and verify corrective actions
Communicate critical quality findings to leadership
Support retailer chargeback prevention through accurate documentation and compliance
Help develop and update global QC processes, manuals, and training materials
Provide pre‑production and inline quality support to reduce inspection failures
Maintain strong communication between domestic and international QC teams
Recruit, train, and develop QC team members
Complete special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
5 plus years of QC or QA experience in apparel or consumer products
Strong knowledge of global manufacturing and inspection processes
Experience working with overseas factories and international QC teams
Excellent communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
