Proficiency in Customer Service management to ensure exceptional client experiences
Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to inspire teams and guide organizational success
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and implement effective improvements
Preferred
Background in technology-based solutions or related fields is a plus
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
