Responsibilities
Ensure the operational integrity and compliance of Participant-Directed Services (PDS) and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) programs across all applicable waivers
Lead statewide EVV oversight
Analyze performance indicators and recommend corrective actions while providing central guidance on PDS delivery models
Develop operationally sound policies, manage provider orientation and onboarding curricula, and ensure consistent application of enrollment standards
Work cross-functionally with legal, financial, and program integrity teams to mitigate compliance risks
Deliver comprehensive training and communications to stakeholders and system partners
Qualification
Required
Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
