Life Sciences Recruiter
Kolon TissueGene, Inc. is seeking a Life Sciences Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment and strategic talent acquisition across their growing organization. The role is critical in building high-performing teams and involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding
Support hiring across life sciences, corporate, and operational functions in alignment with approved headcount and payroll budgets
Ensure recruitment practices comply with EEOC guidelines, federal and state employment laws, and internal policies
Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices and provide guidance to hiring managers on compliance and best practices
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and proactive talent pipeline development
Support talent needs aligned with TG-C commercialization and other strategic initiatives
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including job postings, career site content, social media engagement, job fairs, and external outreach
Represent Kolon TissueGene professionally in the external talent market
Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support effective onboarding to promote early engagement and successful integration of new hires
Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, and diversity indicators
Use data to inform hiring strategies, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Advise hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment strategies
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and sourcing partners
Support Global HR Director in design and implementing People Programs as needed, including workforce planning, succession planning, and other strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding
Working knowledge of inclusive hiring practices, EEOC compliance, employment law, and labor market trends
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and HR/recruitment systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and HR partners
Full-time, on-site position
Extensive computer and keyboard use involving repetitive motion
Regular telephone and face-to-face interactions
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences research industry
