Director/ExecutiveThe Sanctuary at Stonehaven is dedicated to reimagining assisted living and memory care. They are seeking a Sales Director to lead and manage community sales efforts, develop and execute sales strategies, and build positive relationships with prospective residents and families.

Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy goals
Managing day-to-day sales operations
Building positive relationships with prospective residents and families
Collaborating with the team to ensure the community remains their first choice
Partnering with management to strategize business development initiatives
Representing the community at local events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong abilities in Customer Service and Relationship Building to foster connections with residents and families
Experience with Team Management, including training, mentoring, and motivating sales teams
Expertise in Business Development and generating lead opportunities to grow client partnerships
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with assisted living or senior care industry is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
