Responsibilities
Architect and implement TypeScript-first REST and GraphQL services on Node.js (NestJS or Express)
Build rich, responsive UIs in React (with hooks, context/state management, Next.js or equivalent)
Integrate with PostgreSQL and Redis - design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with DevOps to containerize services (Docker, Kubernetes), automate CI/CD pipelines, and manage infra as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Embed best practices: automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library), code reviews, performance profiling and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
Mentor junior engineers, lead design discussions and drive architectural standards across squads
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
Experience building customer-facing React apps
Ability to architect and implement TypeScript-first REST and GraphQL services on Node.js (NestJS or Express)
Experience building rich, responsive UIs in React (with hooks, context/state management, Next.js or equivalent)
Experience integrating with PostgreSQL and Redis - design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity
Collaboration with DevOps to containerize services (Docker, Kubernetes), automate CI/CD pipelines, and manage infra as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Preferred
Experience in Fintech: lending, credit-risk or payments flows
Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS)
