Sales Support Coordinator
Coupa is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the Enterprise Procurement & Business Spend Management sector seeking a remote Sales Operations professional. The role involves supporting revenue teams by streamlining quote-to-cash workflows and improving CRM hygiene for US-based customers.

Responsibilities
Process and validate sales orders, quotes, and contract data to ensure timely and accurate quote-to-cash execution for the U.S. market
Maintain CRM records: update opportunity stages, manage account/contacts, and produce clean, actionable data for sales leadership
Own sales reporting and dashboards—generate weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal health reports to inform GTM decisions
Coordinate cross-functional requests with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and RevOps to remove execution bottlenecks
Support onboarding of new sellers: create playbooks, manage sales enablement tasks, and assist with system access/configuration
Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on automation or tooling changes to increase team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales support or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning for opportunity and account management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions; strong Google Sheets fluency
Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports & dashboards for pipeline and forecast tracking
Familiarity with CPQ workflows and basic quote-to-cash processes
Strong CRM data management practices and experience enforcing data hygiene standards
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot CRM or additional CRM systems
Exposure to revenue operations tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, billing systems, or order management)
Experience working in a remote-first, cross-functional sales organization supporting U.S. time zones
