Responsibilities
Manage litigation files for medical malpractice, personal injury, elder abuse, and products liability cases
Maintain attorney calendars and court deadlines using Outlook/MyCase
Prepare, file, and serve pleadings and legal documents in state and federal courts
Support hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, including trial binders, exhibits, expert coordination, Motions in Limine, and CACI jury instructions
Coordinate virtual and in-person court appearances, schedule depositions, and communicate with clients, courts, and legal professionals
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court rules, with hands-on e-filing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal calendaring systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and strong communication skills
Preferred
5+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Experience in personal injury and medical malpractice strongly valued
