Responsibilities

Act as the technical trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible for building the solution and leading the onboarding process through implementation, configuration, and integrations

Conduct customer meetings and calls to understand the customers’ business workflows and requirements, and build specific solutions for them

Configure the software, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction with the solution

Lead technical sessions and work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams

Be the go-to person for any technical solutions

Required

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing orientation

Extraordinary logical thinking, with strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mind

Proven experience of at least 1 year of implementing information systems for external customers

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Great ambitious and problem-solving approach

Experience / proven knowledge of MS-SQL and REST API - big advantage

Graduated in relevant fields (Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Economics)

Experience or proven knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics) - advantage
