Morgan Auto Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Arrigo West Palm Beach, a high-volume automotive dealership located near major recreational areas. The Finance Manager will be responsible for achieving financial service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with regulations while working closely with the sales team.

Responsibilities

Attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives

Makes extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers/Utilizes the menu selling process

Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist

Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards

Works closely with sales team

Follows all processes

Ensures all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations

Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents

Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution

Reinforces company policies/adheres to company standards/reporting requirements

Attend weekly manager meetings

Qualification

Finance Manager experience$2300+ PVR200% Product penetrationDocupad experienceReynoldsReynolds experience

Required

Previous Finance Manager experience

Must be a documented $2300+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer

3 current references (exclude friend or family)

Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S

Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record

Employment based on passing a drug and background check

Preferred

Experience with Docupad or similar a plus

Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful
