Senior Levelabra is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to lead and train the DevOps team while remaining hands-on. The role involves taking responsibility for production infrastructure, designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms, and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
Lead and train the DevOps team while remaining hands-on
Take responsibility for production infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments
Design, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based platforms
Own CI/CD pipelines and release processes
Work closely with Embedded, Core, Full-Stack, QA, and Algorithm teams
Write post-mortems
Qualification
Required
Strong experience working with Linux in a production environment – mandatory
Expertise in Kubernetes – mandatory
Significant experience with Docker and container platforms – mandatory
Proven experience managing CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions – mandatory
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – mandatory
Experience with GitOps using Flux and/or ArgoCD – mandatory
Preferred
Previous management experience is a plus, but not mandatory
We are open to strong senior DevOps engineers with a leadership mindset who are interested in growing into a team lead role
