Responsibilities
Collect, format, analyze, and maintain technical and laboratory data
Prepare technical documentation, reports, summaries, and engineering drawings
Support engineers with testing, prototype development, and equipment qualification
Execute test protocols, conduct testing, and document results accurately
Assist with lab operations, including equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety procedures
Handle test samples and chemicals used in conditioning and testing
Communicate testing results and project risks to managers or team leads
Train and support lower-level technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
4–6 years of laboratory or technician experience in a regulated environment
Experience following written procedures and working in team-based settings
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in a technical field
1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or R&D environment
Proficiency with computers and technical documentation tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
