Structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating license agreements
Research and development agreements
Data license agreements
Strategic alliance agreements

Cloud computing and hosting agreements
A wide variety of other intellectual property and technology agreements
Qualification
Required
Two to five years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactional matters
Significant experience in structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating license agreements
Experience with research and development agreements
Experience with data license agreements
Experience with strategic alliance agreements
Experience with maintenance, support, and other service agreements
Experience with distribution agreements
Experience with cloud computing and hosting agreements
Superior academic credentials
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and negotiation skills
